Our experience of the services provided is positive. After some initial adjustments to different routine things have worked well. The carers are professional and efficient. They have developed a good rapport with my father.

We have been very happy with Prestige Care & Support looking after our Mum. From the outset, speaking to and meeting the ladies in the office, we have felt reassured and confident with their care. The carers are friendly, fantastic and considerate to Mum. The office are excellent and contact us if there is any concerns or anything is needed for Mum.

We have been using Prestige Care to support Mum, who has Alzheimer's and allow her to remain in her home. The carers have been kind, friendly and always cheerful. Mum has been treated with respect and dignity, but most impressive is their patience with her when she's having her bad days and is extra confused. Can't thank them enough as they have enabled Mum to stay at home with Dad, who also has his own carers, and they both just want to be together in their own home.

Prestige Care has been providing care for my grandad since December last year, and to call them excellent would be an understatement. Each carer always has a smile on their face upon arrival and always makes sure that my grandad is happy when leaving. A big thanks to all the carers!

Prestige Care has been wonderful. They stepped in with care for my mother, knowing that it would only be temporary as we are trying to get her into a care home. The carers are all very friendly and helpful.

We are so happy with the care that our mum receives from Prestige Care & Support Ltd, nothing is too much trouble from the carers. So pleased we found them as mum really enjoys their visits twice a day with her regular carers.

My daughter needs 2 carers four times daily. She has to have help with all aspects of daily living. She is usually treated with dignity and respect. The agency as a whole listens to our worries for her and her care and usually acts on them. She is allowed to voice her concerns. They give her time to wake up, to feed her (poor chewing) and ensure she gets adequate fluid intake.

Prestige Care has cared for my mother-in-law for the last six months, and I am so pleased with the dignity and respect they always show her. All carers are lovely and have helped us so much in the knowledge that she is looked after so well. Thank you all.

All carers are very kind and considerate, and well-trained in their duty of care! All sharing a good sense of humour, which is great therapy! I can find no fault with this agency, all very organised and even the management very 'hands on'!

Excellent service. All carers are experienced and polite. They will listen and make any suggested changes. I now have a regular carer who is excellent in every way. She is very thorough in dealing with me, and we have become friends as well. The office staff are always polite and helpful.

After having two previous agencies, I was so pleased to find Prestige Care. I am so thankful for the daily help they provide me with care. My carers come in three times a day, wash and dress me and make my food - they always do it with a smile. The office is helpful and always sorts my calls if I have an appointment I need to go to. Overall, a very good company.

My dad received care from the beginning of March on a daily basis with help to get washed and dressed. The carer was extremely helpful and understanding of any requests. My dad became ill more frequently, with hospital admissions. Each time I notified Prestige Care, I was dealt with in a most professional manner with empathy. I received calls from the management team asking after my dad, which I thought was very kind. My dad's health deteriorated rapidly, increasing the care to two calls per day. Again, the staff acted in their professional and friendly capacity. I would recommend the care agency and all the staff and management team alike, they treated us with the utmost help and support at a very difficult time.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the care I receive daily. I have helpful, understanding and supportive carers. I feel very cared for and very comfortable in my own home when they are here. The carers are very happy in nature, and that makes me happy.
